Building a Brick Wood Oven - Updated

Finished Brick Wood Oven 


Since the original build article its been updated.


Guttering - the guttering runs the water towards the back of the oven into a water butt for using on the garden,

Custom Chimney Cap - made to measure by a friend out of stainless steel and painted with black heat resistant spray paint.

Internal Cooking Door - for baking and slow cooking. Holds the heat in the oven, used when below oven temperature below 230oC.

Patio - the patio has now been put in place around the Wood Oven.

Oak Sleeper Table - moved from its old location next to the old Clay Wood fired oven.

Electrics - outside electrics added to be used for lighting and oven temperature measurement.

All it needs now is a metal door, to replace the temporary external wood door.
